HYDRON's capabilities allow for the flexibility of small pilot batches through to large scale manufacturing. Our equipment list includes:
- PROCESSING
- In-line Homogenizer- to help reduce particle size and create more elegant creams and lotions
- Pilot Batch Tanks - Stainless Steel Tanks ranging from 480 to 1,600 pounds
- Larger Production Run Tanks- Stainless Steel Jacketed Tanks ranging from 2,400 to 16,000 pounds with single and double planetary action
- FILLING
- Hot Fill- For Filling of Lip Balms and Salves
- Tubers- Including Semi-Automatic for Pilot Batches and High-Speed Automatic Comadis Tuber for up to 60 tubes per minute
- Piston Fillers- Multilple lines with flexibility ranging from Single Head for Pilot Batches to Automated Multi-Head for higher speed production of Liquids, Creams, Gels, Masks, etc.
- MISCELLANEOUS- Multi-Stage Water Purification System processing up to 5,000 gallons per day, High Speed In-Line Labeler, Heat Tunnel and more
