Robert Dowdell, spent 14 years with The Body Shop, reporting directly to the founders Gordon and Anita Roddick. In addition to being a top executive at Body Shop, Mr. Dowdell has been involved with Charles of the Ritz, Yves Saint Laurent, and Hawaiian Tropic. Mr. Dowdell has been a key in developing a vast number of successful product launches, as well as overseeing large scale production.
